The name Wakamé is inspired by wakame, a Japanese sea vegetable that holds deep cultural and culinary significance across East Asia. For founder Nisha Singh, the ingredient became a metaphor as much as an inspiration to launch Asian kitchen, Wakame. The menu focuses on East Asian cuisines and employs a wide range of techniques, including steaming, stir-frying, deep-frying, stewing, braising, grilling, robata cooking, and raw preparations. From Hamachi Ceviche, Seaweed Crackers, and Avocado Truffle Baos to Vegetable Tempura and Chicken Karaage and desserts like Matcha Forest, Chocolate Sphere, and Yuzu Panna Cotta, it brings a mix of comfort and refinery with lively views of city life.

Conceived as a New York–inspired loft with a hidden entrance, Rumour is a speakeasy. Founded by entrepreneurs Rhea Parekh Jain and Nishchay Jain and designed by Sussanne Khan with the team at The Charcoal Project, this wine-forward space is built for long conversations, late pours and the kind of nights that don’t follow a plan.

Together, is a hidden listening bar is inspired by Tokyo’s iconic kissa culture. The resto-bar is where discovery, soundscapes, cocktails, and quiet connection happen all seamlessly over weekend plans. Designed by Manav Dangg of Studio Dangg, it features warm wood textures, cobbled walls, and red-hued lighting that create a cosy atmosphere for light-hearted conversations. Snack on crisp tempuras, Bangkok guacamole, miso tahini, cornflake-crusted onion rings, to hearty bites like chicken karaage, and gyoza. Wash it down with Golden Hour, or Rosé Martini for a taste that lingers long after you’ve enjoyed the meal!

This new rooftop bar is built around a cocktail-first philosophy and unhurried evenings. Founded by partners Sangram Singh Samra and Anushka Chaturvedi, Second Born is imagined as a relaxed space with a cocktail menu based on the idea of sibling ingredients – pairing an ingredient with its natural offshoot, such as cacao and chocolate or coffee and cascara.

Jeet Rana and Chirag Pal- two of India’s favourite bar birds who started their careers together are finally taking flight with their dream project: Barbet & Pals’ new bar Cavity. Tucked inside the basement of Barbet & Pals in Delhi’s GK II M-Block market, this micro-bar within a bar is ideal for long conversations. It brings GI-tagged ingredients poured into craft cocktails; from Sundarban honey, Guntur chilli, and Bhimkol banana, to Coorg coffee, with each one telling the story of its region. On the mains, try their Zarai Cheese Gougère, Bhutwa Sheekh, Hazelnut-Crusted Liver Pâté, Brain Custard Tart, and Pumpkin Blossom.

The newly-opened luxury cocktail bar, The Agave Room, is inspired by the long-held beliefs of the Aztecs and their reverence for agave. It’s a place where the alchemy of five elemental forces — Earth, Fire, Air, Water, and Teotl are stirred in mixology concoctions. From must-try cocktails, Once Upon A Time in Oaxaca, Solomon’s Seal, and Wild Root to global eats like Garden of Naples, Portobello Mushrooms, Tacos and Smoked Butter Mince, soak in an unhurried space to savour every moment of the experience.

With its arrival in Delhi, AlienKind introduces a rebellious new energy to the capital’s dining culture. The interiors are a nod to Futuristic Brutalism, a powerful visual language that merges raw architectural geometry with sharp neon accents and graphic futurism. Get a taste of their superfood-led beverage offerings and experimental product formats. From its signature three-layered Cloudy drink to the anti-spill Starship Burger often described as the most efficient burger of its kind, all packed in a bold sci-fi–inspired packaging.
