SRK’s Manager Pooja Dadlani Buys 3 Bandra Apartments Worth Rs 38.21 Crore, Plus Homes For Husband And Father

She has spent over a decade steering the professional life of India’s biggest movie star – fielding film deals, managing brand endorsements, navigating PR crises, and rarely stepping into the spotlight herself. But Pooja Dadlani, Shah Rukh Khan‘s long-time manager and arguably one of the most powerful backroom operators in Bollywood, just made a move that has put her in the headlines.

Property registration documents accessed by real estate analytics firm CRE Matrix reveal that Dadlani and her family purchased three luxury sea-facing apartments on Carter Road in Bandra, Mumbai, for a combined Rs 38.21 crore. The deals were formally registered on April 21, 2026.

The purchases have been structured across three family members. Dadlani bought one unit, her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani a second, and her father Mohan Seoram Dadlani the third – each apartment measuring 1,511 sq ft of carpet area with an additional 81 sq ft balcony, bringing the total footprint of the acquisition to roughly 4,776 sq ft.

The family also walked away with six car parking slots as part of the deal. The apartments sit within a redevelopment project on Carter Road, one of Mumbai’s most coveted residential stretches, known for its sea views and high-profile residents. The building, named Varun, is being developed by Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, a Lotus Developers subsidiary, and possession is expected by December 2028.   Stamp duty on the transactions came to Rs 2.16 crore, with a registration fee of Rs 90,000.

Carter Road has long attracted Mumbai’s affluent and famous, and a purchase of this size on that particular stretch just goes to show how far Dadlani has come since she first took on the task of managing SRK in 2012.

Who Is Pooja Dadlani

A mass communication graduate, she shares that academic background with Shah Rukh Khan himself. She came on board when his career had grown into something far bigger than films alone, requiring someone who could oversee the whole ecosystem.

That ecosystem today includes Red Chillies Entertainment, the Kolkata Knight Riders, international tours, endorsement portfolios and media strategy. Her estimated annual earnings range between Rs 7 crore and Rs 9 crore, with a reported net worth in the region of Rs 45 to 50 crore.

Interestingly, before SRK became her professional north star, Dadlani had worked as a talent manager for Deepika Padukone during the Om Shanti Om era.
