Celebrated playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has made a notable entry into Mumbai’s high-end neighbourhood of Worli. The singer has purchased a luxury apartment jointly with her parents, Shamishtha and Biswajit Ghoshal, valued at ₹29.70 crore.

The residence is part of the premium Godrej Trilogy and includes three dedicated parking spaces. It’s located in one of the city’s most posh neighbourhoods, Worli, an area that’s a prime location for celebrity homes like Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma’s and Shahid Kapoor’s Worli sky home. Spanning 2,430 sq. ft., the spacious home has a total built-up area of around 2,750 sq. ft. While Ghoshal has not yet posted the interior images of the new home, she posted a few snaps of herself in a denim dress posing in the balcony of her high-rise residence.
Bandra, Juhu, Worli, and Pali Hill are top locations for Indian celebrities for residential spaces. Amongst them, Worli continues to rank among Mumbai’s key real estate destinations, thanks to its seamless connectivity and upscale lifestyle offerings.

With easy access via the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Annie Besant Road, and the Western Express Highway, the area connects efficiently to important business hubs such as Lower Parel, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), and Nariman Point—making it especially attractive for celebrities, artists, corporate leaders and high-net-worth individuals.

Over time, Worli has transformed into a luxury hub defined by high-rise residences, premium commercial spaces, and world-class social infrastructure. It has increasingly become a preferred address for celebrities and affluent buyers seeking refined urban living.
