Golden Dragon, one of the most loved Chinese dining destinations, has now opened at Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, marking its much-awaited debut in the Capital. First introduced in 1973 at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, the fine dining has long been known for its authentic Sichuan and Cantonese flavours. At their new outpost, led by Executive Chef Anuj Mathur alongside Chef Tong Sing Wah from Hong Kong, you can try signature Chinese cuisine, including a fine selection of dim sum, wok-tossed preparations, aromatic soups, signature mains, desserts and an elegant tea programme. Must-try dishes include Imperial Crabmeat soup, dim sums (almost all varieties), Golden Fried Prawns, Crunchy Water Chestnut with Roasted Macadamia Chilli Sauce, Song of the Dragon Chicken, Sichuan Chilli Baby Corn, Beijing Duck, and more.

Mido Social House

Mido Social House, a premium European social dining destination under Flying Sparrow Hospitality, opens in South Delhi. Founded by Kanishk Tuteja, the restaurateur behind Nukkad Cafe and Bar, 1 Oak, Kipos & Nest, and helmed by Corporate Executive Chef Aayush Khandelwal, Mido moves away from the formal European dining model in favour of a far more shareable and socially driven space. The menu brings together European small plates, pastas, flatbreads, and a dedicated Kebaberie using traditional coal-fired techniques with specialities like Patatas Bravas 2.0, Harissa Pulled Chicken Borek, Smoked Vegetable Koobideh, Lamb Adana, Baked Vodka Rigatoni, along with a bar programme anchored by different phases of the moon.

Daryaganj Restaurants has unveiled at GMR Square, Aerocity, introducing its most expansive and luxurious dining format yet. Daryaganj Gold accommodates over 150 guests and features private dining rooms too. The menu stays rooted in Daryaganj’s iconic offerings, alongside an exclusive Daryaganj Gold Menu with highlights like Dahi Bhalla Bingsu, Gol Gappa Trio, and Mushroom Ram Ladoo, alongside signatures such as 24 Karat Mutton Biryani, Daryaganj Daulat Ki Chaat, and India Gate Avocado Bhel Puri. The restaurant also revisits legacy recipes dating back to 1947, including Jelly Fruit Cream Custard and Nargasi Kofta. Adding to the experience are the Five Senses Curries, designed to engage diners through aroma, sound, and flavour, with much of the preparation showcased in an open kitchen.
