The hotel’s design narrative draws inspiration from the Art Deco era of New York, marrying historical architectural elegance with contemporary sophistication. The result? A destination that feels grand and distinctly modern. Guests will find themselves in the company of 446 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites. But it’s not just a luxurious stay option in Mumbai. Beyond the accommodations, the Fairmont Mumbai boasts 75,000 sq ft of event spaces alongside a dedicated floor focused entirely on well-being.

The Merchants, a lively and interactive food hall inspired by ancient traders and Mumbai’s iconic dabbawalas, brings global cuisines to the fore. Samaa provides a chic, Mediterranean-inspired alfresco dining experience that transitions effortlessly from sun-drenched brunches to elegant twilight gatherings, while Oryn offers a dramatic and stylish setting celebrating the bold flavours of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine with theatrical flair.

An adjacent indoor glasshouse terrace pairs each meal with views overlooking the nearby airport. Finally, The Hedonist, an elegant craft and cocktail bar, serves curated drinks amid plush surroundings, telling the story of an Indian adventurer’s British retreat – a sanctuary for the discerning palate.
