Maximum City’s hospitality scene has gained a glittering new addition with the opening of the Fairmont Mumbai. A partnership between Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of the Accor group, and Shrem Airport Hotels, this property joins a global portfolio that includes such iconic addresses as The Plaza in New York, The Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai, The Savoy in London, and Fairmont The Palm in Dubai.

Introducing The Fairmont Mumbai

The hotel’s design narrative draws inspiration from the Art Deco era of New York, marrying historical architectural elegance with contemporary sophistication. The result? A destination that feels grand and distinctly modern. Guests will find themselves in the company of 446 exquisitely appointed rooms and suites. But it’s not just a luxurious stay option in Mumbai. Beyond the accommodations, the Fairmont Mumbai boasts 75,000 sq ft of event spaces alongside a dedicated floor focused entirely on well-being.

Culinary journeys await across five distinct dining venues. Guests can visit Madeleine de Proust, a refined Indo-French pâtisserie and tea lounge nestled within a tranquil botanical garden, offering a sophisticated exploration of global tea traditions.

The Merchants, a lively and interactive food hall inspired by ancient traders and Mumbai’s iconic dabbawalas, brings global cuisines to the fore. Samaa provides a chic, Mediterranean-inspired alfresco dining experience that transitions effortlessly from sun-drenched brunches to elegant twilight gatherings, while Oryn offers a dramatic and stylish setting celebrating the bold flavours of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine with theatrical flair.
