Toujours has gone all out with its mango desserts this season. This ain’t for the faint-hearted. Toujours’ mango menu features flavourful gourmet creations by Chef Alpa Pereira that highlights the flavours of this beloved fruit. The Fresh Cream Mango Cake, a soft vanilla sponge with layers of fresh cream and mango pieces, is encrusted with roasted almonds, topped with cream, and a crown of luscious mango slices with sugar flowers – perfect for celebrations this summer. The Chocolate Mango Cake is a delightful melange of two decadent flavours. This cake has a chocolate sponge layered with whipped cream and fresh mango chunks, and finished with chocolate ganache and fresh mango – complementing the richness of chocolate with the tartness of the fruit. The Mango Tart is a showcase of Chef Alpa’s French patisserie expertise and years of experience. Filled with slices of fresh fruit, vanilla pastry cream, and almond cream in a shortcrust shell, the tart has additional layers of fresh mango gelee and vanilla mascarpone cream for a unique flavour profile. The Mango Cheesecake is a perfect balance of luscious cream cheese, buttery biscuit crust, and fruity mango. The summer menu at Toast Pasta Bar is always built on a simple idea of what’s best in the heat, what’s at its freshest, and how to make every bite feel like a summer holiday in Italy. “Our summer menus are always based on what I’d like to eat during this time of year, what’s at its seasonal best,” says Chef Devika. “At Toast, we stay true to our philosophy of fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. This summer, we’re making the most of delicate seafood, refreshing fruits, and light, bold flavors.” The mango forward options include The Vanilla Bean & Lime Panna Cotta which is a refreshing, citrus-kissed treat with Alphonso mango and Gondhoraj granita, while the White Chocolate Cheesecake pairs Alphonso mango with passionfruit and a buttery graham cracker base for the perfect tropical bite.

Sante Spa is set to launch its mango menu named Aam Zindagi, a seasonal celebration that’s anything mango. Launching across all four Mumbai outlets including Royal Opera House, BKC, Oshiwara, and the newly opened NESCO, this menu is set to make your life brighter.

Every dish is curated to highlight the natural sweetness and vibrance of mangoes while keeping Sante’s signature green twist intact. If Mango Elaichi Piyush, a saffron-infused yogurt drink with nutmeg opens up your palate; the highlight of the menu is the desserts. There’s the Mango & Coconut Parfait, topped with crunchy muesli and chia seeds, and the Shahi Mango Kesar Bhaat, where jaggery-cooked basmati meets a creamy Hafoos medley.
