A wide-open frame with green fields moving slowly and tall trees in the distance moving fast. The clouds form unbelievable shapes and then comes a bridge and you feel like you’re flying over a river, straight out of a Harry Potter movie. I’m not talking about another film adaptation of some book but I am talking about a picturesque train journey.

There is something undeniably romantic about train travel; the sensory details unfolding during the journey make the experience wholesome. The rhythmic click of wheels on tracks, panoramic views unfolding beyond expansive windows, and the unhurried pace of discovery evoke a nostalgia that air travel simply cannot replicate.
