What started as a new tech launch is quickly becoming part of the celebrity style conversation.
Apple’s latest Pro models went on sale in India on September 18, with the iPhone 18 Pro starting at Rs 1,64,900 and the Pro Max at Rs 1,79,900. But apart from the cameras, performance and price, the new phones have another detail that is hard to miss: their colours. With Burgundy, Glacier Blue and other finishes entering the celebrity frame, iPhone 18 style is already becoming a talking point.
Celebrities Join The Frenzy
Genelia D’Souza was among the early celebrity names to show off the new phone, opting for the Burgundy version of the iPhone 18 Pro. Her husband, Riteish Deshmukh, followed with a Glacier Blue finish, giving the couple two very different takes on the same launch-day accessory. Genelia’s iPhone 18 appearance was soon followed by several more celebrity sightings.
Neha Dhupia and Karishma Tanna have also been seen with the new iPhone, both carrying the Burgundy model. Varun Sood and
Geeta Basra have joined the growing list, while Shilpa Shetty has also been spotted with the new Pro Max. Together, these sightings are adding to the growing interest around Bollywood celebrities and iPhone 18.
Then there is Vicky Kaushal, who took the launch-day excitement a step further. He was spotted at Apple BKC in Mumbai on the first day of sales, where he checked out the new iPhone, took selfies and was photographed with the device. The images quickly made their way across social media, adding another celebrity moment to the launch.

A smartphone might not usually qualify as a fashion accessory, but the way celebrities carry it can change that. Burgundy, for instance, has an easy visual appeal, working almost like a statement accessory when paired with a carefully put-together airport or street-style look. Triptii Dimri and singer AP Dhillon attended Apple’s global iPhone 18 launch event with John Turnus in Cupertino on September 9, giving the new generation of iPhones a celebrity presence before the phones reached Indian stores.
