Ali Fazal, best known as Guddu Pandit in Amazon Prime Video’s blockbuster series Mirzapur, has quietly built a sizeable fortune in Indian films. While his personal net worth is estimated at around Rs 22.51 crore, his overall wealth, including acting fees, brand deals and production ventures, is reportedly closer to Rs 33 crore.
Road to Fortune
Fazal made his acting debut in Rajkumar Hirani’s 3 Idiots in 2009, going on to deliver hits like Fukrey, Bobby Jasoos, Sonali Cable, and Khamoshiyaan, before becoming a household name as Guddu Pandit in Mirzapur. His crossover into Hollywood has only added to his earning power, with credits including ‘Victoria & Abdul’, ‘Death on the Nile’, and ‘Fast & Furious 7’.
His acting fee itself tells the growth story. Reports suggest the actor charges close to Rs 35 lakh per film, though earlier figures pegged his per-film fee at a more modest Rs 25-30 lakh. Beyond the big screen, a single season of Mirzapur is estimated to fetch him anywhere between 5-7 crore rupees, making the show his single biggest financial driver.
Business Ventures and Brand Deals
Fazal hasn’t relied on acting fees alone. Ali Fazal co-founded his film production company, named Pushing Buttons Studios, alongside his wife and actor Richa Chadha in March 2021. The banner marked the couple’s entry into production, with their maiden venture, Girls Will Be Girls, going on to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in 2024, where it won the Audience Choice Award and a Jury Award for Best Actor.

Since then, Pushing Buttons Studios has expanded its slate to include projects across genres, from the crime thriller Papita to the adult animated satire Doggie Stylez and the musical comedy Pinky Promise, positioning the company as a platform for diverse, India-rooted storytelling aimed at a global audience.
The Garage: BMW and Toyota Land Cruiser
Fazal’s love for cars is well documented. He owns a BMW X6, reportedly bought for around Rs 68 lakh, and is frequently spotted at award functions in his Toyota Land Cruiser, valued at approximately Rs 1.18 crore. Together with Richa Chadha’s fleet, which reportedly includes a Mercedes-Benz GLE and an Audi A4, the couple’s combined car collection is said to be worth over Rs 3.7 crore.
Interestingly, despite his luxury-car garage, Fazal does not own his primary residence. He and Richa Chadha reportedly live in a rented luxury apartment in Juhu, Mumbai. They reportedly signed a three-year lease with a INR 10 lakh deposit and a monthly rent starting at around INR 3 lakh, with an annual increase.
