How Khushi Kapoor Dons INR 4.95 Lakh Quiet Luxury Look

Khushi Kapoor is proving that restraint can be its own kind of statement. The actor was recently spotted in a head-to-toe Dior ensemble. The look was styled entirely around Jonathan Anderson’s debut collection for the French maison. It paired a sequin-flecked knit with relaxed denim and a compact structured bag. At first glance, the outfit looks effortless. But it carries a very calculated price tag. Add up the three pieces, and Khushi’s appearance comes to a striking INR 4.95 lakh. It cements her spot as one of Bollywood’s most closely watched off-duty dressers.

The centrepiece of the look was Dior’s short-sleeved peplum sweater. It was rendered in black technical knit and dotted with silver-tone sequins. The silhouette is cinched at the waist. It is one of the defining shapes from Anderson’s first season at the house. A decorative Dior Médaillon button adds a nod to the brand’s 18th-century Parisian rococo references. The sweater is versatile enough to be worn with its matching skirt. It retails at roughly INR 3.4 lakh.

Denim Does The Work

Balancing out the embellished top was a pair of Dior’s regular-fit jeans. They come in blue stonewashed cotton denim and are priced at INR 1.60 lakh. The style first appeared on the runway during Anderson’s debut show for the house. It features a Dior leather jacron label.

It also has a silver-finish metal CD ring detail at the back. These small design cues quietly signal the label without shouting it.

Rounding off the outfit was the small Dior Toujours hobo bag. It comes in khaki cannage suede goatskin and is priced at INR 3.35 lakh. The bag reworks Dior’s signature cannage stitching into a curved, structured shape. It stays soft enough for everyday use. A CD Lock clasp and an adjustable, removable strap let it be carried by hand, on the shoulder, or crossbody. Together, the sweater, jeans and bag alone push the look to its near-INR 5 lakh total. That figure does not even include accessories or jewellery.

Subtle Glam Hits the Spot

True to the ethos of quiet-luxury, Khushi kept her glam pared back, letting the outfit’s intricate details take centre stage. Her look featured defined brows, soft curls and nude-pink lips, paired with delicately lined eyes and a light wash of blush. The understated makeup allowed the sequinned sweater to do all the talking.

On the work front, Khushi continues to build momentum in Hindi cinema.
