Power couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have reportedly expanded their property portfolio in Alibaug with the purchase of over five acres of land. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the couple bought approximately 5.1 acres in Zirad village for Rs 37.86 crore.
How Much Land Did Virat Kohli And Anushka Sharma Buy In Alibaug?
The transaction, registered on January 13, 2026, reportedly includes two separate land parcels measuring 1.474 hectares and 0.627 hectares. Registration records reportedly show that a stamp duty of Rs 2.27 crore was paid, along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000. In terms of size, the larger plot spans 14,740 square metres, while the second covers 6,270 square metres, together adding up to 21,010 square metres. The seller is reportedly listed as Sonali Amit Rajput, with Samira Land Assets Private Limited named as the confirming party.
This is not the couple’s first investment in Alibaug. Around 2022, they had acquired an eight-acre land parcel in the same region to build a farmhouse.

In 2017, the couple moved into a four-bedroom luxury apartment in Worli. Spread across roughly 8,000 square feet, the sea-facing home was reportedly purchased by Kohli for Rs 34 crore and includes four parking spaces.

Alibaug Holiday Home
They also own a four-bedroom holiday bungalow in Alibaug, designed in a Californian-Konkan style. Built on a 10,000 square foot plot, the property is said to be valued at around Rs 13 crore.
Gurugram Bungalow
In Gurugram’s DLF Phase 1, the couple owns a lavish bungalow reportedly worth Rs 80 crore. The 10,000 square foot property includes premium features such as a swimming pool and a private bar.
Other Mumbai Properties
Earlier in her career, Sharma reportedly bought three flats on the 20th floor of a residential building in Versova, together measuring about 6,000 square feet and valued at around Rs 10 crore. She is also said to have purchased a Rs 9 crore apartment in Worli in 2014, though there is no official confirmation on whether these properties are still part of her portfolio.
