Rimowa introduces two new seasonal colours inspired by the playful adventure of a grand voyage. True to its design-driven ethos, Rimowa selects seasonal hues that harmonise perfectly with one another. Rimowa’s Granada and Verde colours capture the essence of travel, where every moment is a celebration of life itself.

Inspired by the milky green cross-section of an agave plant, Verde represents an intense and energetic green. Like a tree’s budding foliage, it perfectly complements Granada, a dusty pink inspired by ripe pomegranates. Two colours found abundantly in nature, Verde and Granada, are versatile enough to be taken along every part of the journey, from a vibrant city to a scenic boat tour or a road trip through the countryside.

To accompany the launch, an animated journey unfolds as the suitcase becomes more than just a piece of luggage – the Essential Granada and Verde cases are transformed into trusted companions as they find their way through bustling streets and open seas. Capturing the freedom and curiosity travel invites, the vibrant hues inspire a sense of adventure and individuality with a whimsical charm. It’s not just about the destination—it’s also about how you get there.

Crafted from premium polycarbonate, the Essential range is expertly matched – from the handle and zipper to the badge and wheel housing—for a seamless, monochromatic appearance. The German Maison’s heritage craftsmanship combined with cutting-edge technology is visible throughout the suitcase’s design, from Rimowa’s stage-free telescopic handle, Multi-Wheel system, TSA- approved locks and complimentary leather luggage tag. Once opened, the Essential range features a dual-organisation interior, with a fully zipped compartment to contain all belongings and a large mesh zipped pocket for additional storage. Rimowa’s adjustable Flex Divider is on the other side, with a compression system that allows travellers to pack more whilst remaining organised. To ensure a lifetime of travel, the new Rimowa Essential suitcase collection benefits from a lifetime guarantee.

The expert colour matching also defines the Rimowa Personal Polycarbonate Cross-Body Bag in Granada, with its polycarbonate shell, removable webbing strap, and leather interior, all rendered in the signature shade. A selection of daily bags have also been reimagined in the seasonal hue, including the Rimowa Signature Flap Backpack Small and the Signature Sliding Tote—both crafted from recycled nylon and featuring an integrated travel strap conveniently securing to the suitcases, when on the go. Additionally, the brand’s Trifold Toiletry Pouch and the vibrant Packing Cubes are also available in Granada, completing a colour-coordinated travel set.

Starting April 24, 2025, the Rimowa Essential Cabin in Granada or Verde (RRP 750 €), the Essential Check-in M in Granada (RRP 865 €), the Essential Check-In L in Verde (RRP 940 €), the Essential Trunk Plus in Granada or Verde (RRP 1190 €), the Personal Polycarbonate Cross-Body Bag in Granada (RRP 1050 €), the Signature Flap Backpack Small in Granada (RRP 1090 €), the Signature Sliding Tote in Granada (RRP 950 €), will be available at Rimowa stores worldwide and online at rimowa.com
