This year has fared well for the watch industry with many store openings — from Ethos’ much talked about 22,000 sq foot store in Gurugram, to Jaipur Watch Company’s three new stores opened in Mumbai, Gurugram, and Surat to Italian Luxury watchmaker Panerai’s boutique in Bengaluru. Adding to the long list is luxury watch retailer brand TimeVallé’s third boutique store opened in Chennai recently. This comes on the heels of its two stores opened last year, in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
The new boutique spanning 340qm blends timeless heritage with modern refinement. It’s reflected in its watchband-inspired marquee to the golden tubular details, and champagne tones in the interiors. Divided into three-levels, each floor is dedicated to creating an experience that sparks interest in watchmaking.

The first floor features curated selection of prestigious watch brands, including Bulgari, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Piaget, Baume & Mercier, IWC Schaffhausen, and Roger Dubuis. The second floor has Time Café. It’s a space to indulge in the art of living inviting newcomers and watch connoisseurs to explore the world of watchmaking. “Our retail concept has been warmly embraced by horology enthusiasts across India. This positive response is leading us to open our third store in the country. As always, we have challenged ourselves to design innovative luxury spaces, a project made possible through our collaboration with Art Of Time,” says Hélène Maslin, deputy CEO of TimeVallée.
The store is opened in collaboration with Indian luxury watch retailer Art of Time. The brand which recently marked its 10th anniversary since the opening of its first ‘shop-in-shop’ concept boutique in 2015, has a network of over 14 boutiques and watch houses spread across India. It has also collaborated with the world’s greatest maisons, including Baume & Mercier, Bvlgari, Panerai, Cartier, Piaget amongst others.
As they come over with another collaboration for a store launch in Chennai, Bharat Kapoor, director of Art Of Time says, “We are honored to partner with TimeVallée in opening this new boutique and we are looking forward to welcoming our clientele as well as watch enthusiasts who are keen to develop their passion.”
Gaurav Bhatia, director of Art Of Time adds, “At the heart of our approach is the belief that our customers are part of our family. This philosophy is encapsulated by our core value of ‘We grow, you grow,’ which guides us in building meaningful relationships and achieving shared success.”
Additionally, the Chennai store also offers services ranging from in-boutique care to home shopping and advanced omnichannel platforms to smoothen the shopping experience.
