Rihanna’s cult-favourite beauty brands—Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin—are all set to redefine the Indian beauty market with their official launch through Sephora and Tira, under Reliance Retail

August 4, 2025

Rihanna’s celebrated beauty empire, Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin, is officially arriving in India, marking one of the most anticipated international beauty launches in recent years. Starting August 7, Indian consumers will be able to access the global bestsellers both online and in over 50 physical retail locations across 16 cities via Sephora and Tira, Reliance Retail’s dual beauty platforms.

The move not only introduces the iconic brand to one of the world’s fastest-growing beauty markets but also strengthens Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd’s (RRVL) foothold in the premium beauty space. As the franchise holder for Sephora in India, RRVL is leading this strategic launch, which adds further weight to its vision of creating an expansive and inclusive beauty ecosystem for Indian shoppers.

“We are thrilled to bring Fenty Beauty’s iconic and inclusive range through Reliance Retail’s omni-channel presence with Tira and Sephora. This launch underscores our commitment to making the world’s best global brands available to the Indian consumers – both online and offline. Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin’s celebration of diversity and self-expression aligns perfectly with our vision to redefine the beauty experience in India,” said Isha Ambani, Director of Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd.

Fenty Beauty, launched in 2017 by music icon and entrepreneur Rihanna, disrupted the global beauty market with its wide foundation shade range that championed diversity. In 2020, Rihanna extended her vision with Fenty Skin—a clean, vegan skincare line rooted in simple yet effective formulations. Both brands are being distributed in India by Luxasia, a Singapore-based beauty distributor known for bringing luxury labels to the Asia-Pacific region.

Guillaume Motte, Global President and CEO of Sephora, echoed the excitement around the launch. “Sephora, the world’s leading beauty retailer, is delighted to expand our global partnership with Fenty Beauty to India. As champions of their revolutionary approach since 2017, this launch embodies our commitment to an inclusive beauty experience where everyone can explore and embrace their unique selves. Partnering with Reliance Retail, we’re confident Fenty Beauty will ignite a new era of beauty exploration for Indian consumers, solidifying our dedication to shaping beauty’s future in India. Together, we belong to something beautiful: a future where beauty knows no bound.”
