Chor Bizzare

Chor Bizzare Mangshor Malai Curry

This summer, the kitchen at Chor Bizzare turns to seasonal produce. The menu opens with four salads: Murgh Tikka & Litchi (Chicken Tikka with Iceberg Lettuce, Green Onions and Chaat Masala Dressing), Tandoori Ananas (Pineapple, Mix Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes and Lime Dressing), the simple and refreshing Peach & Mango in a Honey Chilli Dressing, and Ghugni Chana Kachumber with Mix Chana, Cucumber, Coconut and Raw Mango. You can also grab a bite of starters featuring Gondhuraj Mahi Tikka, Sole Fish, alongside Pahadi Murgh Tikka or directly skip to maincourse like Malvani Fish Curry, Mangshor Malai Curry, and Haryali Paneer Korma amongst others. Round off with with desserts like Jigarthanda (Almond Gum, Basil Seeds, Nannari and Ice Cream) and Kulfi packing the goodness of summer fruits.

Hosa, known for imaginative South Indian cuisine, has a new summer menu which balances both light and bold flavours. From the Sweet Potato Sago Paniyaram served with tomato chutney and raw banana peel chutney, the Thairu Vada to heartier options, like the Naranga Chicken, Hosa Benne (Arbi/Chicken) featuring white butter, cashew and veechu parotta to the Gassi (Mushroom/Chicken) served with neer dosa, try such South Indian aromatic delicacies for the season.

Standouts include the Seabass, Kokum & Melon Ceviche, where lime-cured seabass is paired with kokum leche de tigre, compressed summer melons, basil, and pink pepper for a bright, citrusy balance. The Mango, Avocado & Cucumber Salad is a healthy mix-up of tropical goodness. For big bites try the Jackfruit Barbacoa Tacos, which bring together slow-cooked smoky jackfruit, creamy avocado crema, and crunchy pepitas, while the Shrimp & Mango Tacos layer crispy batter-fried prawns with spicy mango habanero salsa and fresh cilantro onions. Don’t forget to try their Alphonso Tres Leches for a sweet ending.
