India AI Impact Summit 2026: Delhi NCR’s Luxury Hotels See Five Times Price Hike

Outlook Luxe monitored the prices of Delhi-NCR hotels for two nights, from Feb 17-19 during the AI Summit, and March 1-3, where many properties across Delhi NCR, such as The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, Hyatt Regency, to Roseate House, amongst others show a dramatic price hike due to the high-stakes event

As Delhi hosts one of the most significant global technology events of the year, the AI Impact Summit, it’s ripples can be felt all across Delhi- NCR. Hotel tariffs have increased sharply across Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad in the lead-up to February 18 with rates significantly steeper than those seen for March 1-3 bookings.

Data comparisons from MakeMyTrip reveal a pronounced surge in hotel prices across the hospitality spectrum, spanning ultra-luxury to mid-scale hotels, signifying their huge demand across the NCR belt.

Delhi-Gurugram soar in hotel prices

Outlook Luxe monitored the prices of Delhi-NCR hotels for two nights, from Feb 17-19 during the AI Summit and March 1-3 where many show a double to triple time price hike between the two dates. At The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, the signature room with capacity for two people soars to ₹1,16,112 (inclusive of taxes) for the February 17-19 stay and remains at ₹60,474 during the March 1-3 stay.

At Hyatt Regency New Delhi, a King Room with Club access with a capacity for two people costs ₹92,925 (inclusive of taxes) for the February 17-19 stay, more than triple the price compared to ₹28,249 during the March 1-3 stay. Similarly, at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi, prices are three times higher at ₹81,037 for Feb 17-19 compared to ₹22,497 from March 1-3 for the same room.

At The Lodhi, New Delhi, a Deluxe Room with a plunge pool is listed at ₹3,06,800 for February 17-18 stay, almost double its price of ₹1,53,400 in March 1-3 stay. Roseate House, New Delhi, has beaten all of them with a five times price hike between the two dates.

It’s priced at a whopping ₹1,90,570 for a Deluxe Room with a bathtub from February 17-19 and comes down to ₹38,114 for the same room for March 1-3.

Noida and Faridabad Hotel’s Moderate Price Hike

As per several reports, room rates in Delhi have touched as high as ₹30 lakh, pushing travellers towards neighbouring business hubs across NCR. At Savoy Suites Noida, a Suite Room (Twin Bed) is priced at ₹50,000 for February 17-19, a sharp rise from ₹14,030 for March 1-3. At Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar, located near to Noida, the prices are around ₹24,000 for a King Standard High Floor Club Floor for February 17-19, while it’s just ₹8,500 for March 1-3.

In Faridabad, at Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, rates move from ₹38,940 for February 17-19 to ₹12,000 for March 1-3, for a Superior Room.

With premium properties charging anywhere between 50% to over 200% higher than early March levels, the spike underscores how large-scale global events attract a massive crowd to Delhi NCR hotels. What is AI Impact Summit 2026?

The ongoing AI Impact Summit 2026 is being held from February 16 to 20 at Bharat Mandapam. Widely regarded as the first major global AI summit to take place in the Global South, it’s drawing global policymakers, tech leaders and AI pioneers, including Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Reliance Industries chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani, Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, and OpenAI’s Sam Altman, amongst key attendees.

With over 500 sessions in store, the high-stakes summit focuses on key conversations around AI Safety, governance, data protection and India’s approach to sovereign AI.
