Every season we push boundaries, but this year, it’s about creating a full sensory celebration where creativity, culture, and craftsmanship collide.”

The two-day festival’s return for the sixth edition at DLF Surface Parking shows with rising footfalls every year shows people’s eagerness to learn about the world of mixology. “India’s cocktail scene has evolved dramatically. We’re witnessing a new wave of conscious consumers who are curious, informed, and deeply appreciative of the craft,” shares Sharan Behl, Co-founder of ICW adding, “Global travel, exposure to award-winning bars, and the rise of premium Indian spirit brands have all fueled this movement. It’s no longer just about the drink; it’s about the experience, the story, and the artistry behind every pour.

To serve people’s evolving taste, India Cocktail Week will have The Cocktail Village. It will host electrifying international bar takeovers by renowned names from Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025, including Bar Trigona (#39 on Best Bar in Asia 2025, and Malaysia’s No.1 from 2020–23), Opium Bar (#43 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), and Barc (#35 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025). “Bar takeovers are one of the most anticipated experiences at ICW because they blur the line between art and performance,” explains Rakshay Dhariwal, Co-founder of ICW adding, “We’re bringing together some of the most talented bartenders from the World’s Top 50 Bars and celebrated Indian mixologists under one roof. Each takeover tells a story: it’s an exchange of technique, culture, and creativity that keeps pushing India’s cocktail landscape forward.”
In the run-up to the festival, India Cocktail Week will introduce a series of exclusive pre-events. It will include a spirited bar crawl by Pistola, a cocktail-pairing experience with Margaret’s Eye, and an influencer-led bar takeover at Banng.
