May 22, 2025

It’s the season of international brands arriving in the country. The latest brand to set foot in India, Messika Paris has launched in Delhi. The Parisian maison is known for its bold and modern approach to diamonds. The brand has launched at The Chanakya in Delhi, marking its first standalone boutique in Delhi in partnership with Ethos. This landmark launch also coincides with the Maison’s twentieth anniversary, making it a perfectly timed entry into India, widely recognized as one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-growing luxury markets.

Since its inception in 2005, driven by the vision of its founder Valérie Messika, the Maison has firmly established itself as one of the leading names in jewelry and high jewelry in just two decades. Gaining instant recognition with its iconic Move collection—featuring moving diamonds in sleek gold settings—Messika quickly stood out for its innovative designs and use of cutting-edge techniques. This, combined with a bold, avant-garde creative vision and unique expertise, has been key to the Maison’s success.

Store Experience

The sixty-eight square meter boutique gives its potential clients a clue into Messika’s universe. The boutique will showcase the full spectrum of the Maison’s creations, from everyday jewelry, to Fine and High Jewelry collections. Signature offerings like the Move line will be featured alongside exceptional, one-of-a-kind masterpieces, with each piece reflecting the Maison’s impeccable craftsmanship.

The boutique’s interior reflects the spirit of timeless Parisian chic, brought to life through elegant design. A marble façade with gold accents elevates the open layout, while textured wallpaper and a refined lounge seating area combine to create a warm and elevated experience. The result is a space that feels modern, bold, and unmistakably Messika. Over the past two years, Ethos has played a key role in bringing the Maison’s first standalone boutique in India to life, and will remain a valued partner in the Maison’s continued growth in the market.

“Making a debut in India has always been a dream of mine, and the fact that it aligns with the Maison’s anniversary makes it all the more special – it truly feels like a dream come true,” said Valérie Messika, Founder and Artistic Director of Maison Messika.

Messika’s new journey in India is an interesting choice for the Maison, it is more than just an expansion, it is a meeting point of cultures, where India’s deep-rooted love for jewels blends seamlessly with Parisian creativity and flair. Messika’s New Delhi boutique marks a significant milestone for the brand, unlocking a market rich in history and appreciation for fine craftsmanship.
