And if you’re in the mood for INDY-an cuisine (yes, the pun is intentional), make your way to INDY at Eldeco Centre in Saket – a lush, green haven in the heart of the city. The menu offers imaginative reinterpretations of Indian classics, drawing on childhood memories and a deep sense of nostalgia.

Standout dishes include the Eggplant Bharta Wonton, where smoked aubergine is delicately wrapped and served in a warm almond shorba finished with chilli oil, and ghee-caramelised gnocchi paired with a spiced tomato curry.

3. Silq, New Delhi

Inspired by the ancient Silk Route, a storied cultural corridor linking Hindustan, Persia, the Levant and the Mediterranean, Silq reintroduces centuries of shared traditions, flavours and rituals into a refined, contemporary dining experience.

4. Torii, Mumbai

Known for its modern Asian flavours and dramatic, design-centric space in Khar West, Torii is marking Valentine’s Day with a special offering.

The food selection brings together bold technique and indulgent ingredients – from the BKK Spider Roll layered with soft-shell crab, mango and avocado, to a richly satisfying Steak Sando with grilled tenderloin and yuzu kosho. Add to that Pesto Burrata and the Dynamite Eggplant Roll, and you have a spread that’s elegant without losing its heart.

5. The Oberoi Sukhvilas Resort & Spa, New Chandigarh

8. Jugnu, Assagao

Jugnu, Assagao is rolling out three days of love in all its forms – Galentines, Valentines, bros, and anyone who simply enjoys celebrating connection. On 13 February, the spotlight is on friendship with a girls-only evening honouring female bonds. Valentine’s Day itself, 14 February, offers couples a relaxed, drama-free dining experience. Each creation is designed to capture a distinct mood of the evening – from the comforting warmth of Burning Letters, featuring Don Julio Reposado with blood orange cordial, vanilla honey, and orange blossom water, to the tropical charm of Hour Glass, a blend of Godawan Fruit and Spice with mango, passionfruit, vanilla, and a delicate mango Cadillac foam, there’s something for everyone.

Adding a floral and spice-driven note, Crimson Affair pairs Tanqueray with strawberries, black pepper cordial and rose water, finished with chamomile tea foam.

12. The Imperial New Delhi

This Valentine’s Day, The Imperial New Delhi offers intimate dining experiences crafted to stay on as core memories.

You can start with the Chocolate & Cake Afternoon Tea Buffet at The Atrium or an elegant Dessert Buffet at 1911 Restaurant.

For couples, Private Romance – Set for Two at 1911 serves a refined four-course tasting with Rosé Champagne, while Khanthali at The Spice Route offers candlelit dining under the stars. At San Gimignano, you get to celebrate love the Italian way.

13. The Autumn House, Delhi NCR
