Pop Star Dua Lipa Launches Her New Luxury Skincare Brand With Augustinus Bader

Featuring three products including Balancing Cream Cleanser, The Renewal Cream and The Supercharged Glow Complex, the DUA range bridges luxury skincare with everyday rituals designed for travel, stage and downtime

When singer-songwriter Dua Lipa steps into a new arena, she brings more than just star power: a purpose. After making waves with the world tour of her album ‘Radical Optimism,’ Lipa in her latest move launches her skincare brand DUA co-created with luxury science-driven brand Augustinus Bader.

This isn’t a celebrity slap-on-logo venture; it’s a deep dive into formula, performance and routine where the luxury beauty products were devised after a 4-week clinical trial of people in the ages 18-45, with dull, blemish-prone, uneven textured, and self-perceived sensitive skin carefully assessed by instrumental and expert graders.

Such a dream to launch my very own skincare line in collaboration with the best of the best, I’m so in LOVE with these formulations and the amazing TFC5 technology that makes them so special, let the new journey begin!” says the pop-star sharing about the DUA launch on Instagram.

For the unversed, Augustinus Bader blends medical innovation and luxury skincare. Founded by German biomedical scientist Professor Augustinus Bader and French entrepreneur Charles Rosier, the brand built its cult following around its signature TFC8 complex—a patented blend born from decades of research in stem-cell regeneration. Its price tags, which can climb to $575, are defended by a promise of science-driven rejuvenation rather than surface-level beauty.

By adapting a high-tech formula (TFC8) into a youth-centric skincare-friendly formula named TFC5, the DUA skincare range bridges luxury skincare and everyday ritual designed for travel, stage and downtime alike tailored for Gen Z and young millennials who prioritise wellness, self-care and authenticity.

“I wanted to create something that felt like it could really restore and protect my skin,” she told Vogue on the skincare launch. “I get the occasional breakouts and dryness, especially from long-haul flights,” she said adding, “I did a lot of learning on the job and now I feel like I know how to combat the busyness and the madness of my schedule and still take care of myself.”

The DUA collection features Balancing Cream Cleanser, a cream-to-foam formula that removes make-up, oil and SPF without stripping the skin. It combines TFC5 with a pre-biotic blend, algae extract and tsubaki oil for a deep but gentle cleanse. The Supercharged Glow Complex is touted as Lipa’s favourite. Packed with niacinamide, marine bio-retinol, ectoin and TFC5, it targets brightness, pore refinement and post-acne marks instantly reviving skin even after long days or late nights. The Renewal Cream is a lightweight yet rich multi-tasking moisturizer built in barrier-supporting probiotics and peptides alongside TFC5.

Lipa’s dedication to skin health isn’t new. Between global tours, heavy stage make-up and constant travel, she found herself confronting blemishes and fatigue behind the glamour. “In 2016 I started touring quite heavily and I needed a skincare routine that wasn’t high-maintenance,” she told Vogue before. DUA isn’t just a collection of skin-friendly formulas but a declaration of beauty built on real needs, real science and real consistency.
