Roku Gin: Japanese Harmony in a Glass

Celebrate the season with Roku Gin, a refined blend of six native Japanese botanicals that offers a smooth, balanced sip rooted in traditional craftsmanship.

Roku Gin Fizz

A refreshing, floral highball that beautifully balances the citrusy zest of lemon with the delicate botanicals of Roku® Gin.

Ingredients:

  • Roku Japanese Craft Gin 50ml
  • Sugar syrup 25 ml
  • Lemon Juice 25 ml
  • Soda Top Up
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Add Roku Japanese Craft Gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker & shake.
  2. Strain and add to a glass with ice, top with soda and then stir gently.
  3. Garnish with lemon slice/wedge and Edible Flower.

Garnish: Lemon Slice/Wedge with an Edible Flower
Glassware: Highball Glass

Roku Lavender Spritz

A light and aromatic spritz that blends Roku® Gin’s refined botanicals with soothing lavender and green tea for an elegant, effervescent sip.

Ingredients:

  • Roku Japanese Craft Gin 50ml
  • Lavender syrup 15ml
  • Green Tea 30ml
  • Lemon Juice 10ml
  • Soda Top Up
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Add Roku Japanese Craft Gin, Lavender syrup, green tea and lemon juice to a glass and stir.
  2. Add ice, top with soda and then stir gently.

Garnish: Dried Lavender Flower or Edible Flower
Glassware: Champagne Flute or Wine Glass

Hendrick’s Gin: Quirky, Classic, and Always Crisp

Gin Buck Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Hendrick’s Original Gin
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
  • Top with ginger ale

Method:

  1. Combine Hendrick’s Gin, lemon juice, and bitters in a highball glass filled with cubed ice
  2. Top with chilled ginger ale
  3. Stir lightly
  4. Serve with a wink and a little bit of unfinished business

Garnish:  3 thinly sliced cucumber rounds

Hendrick’s and Tonic

Ingredients: 

  • 1 part Hendrick’s Gin
  • 3 parts Premium Tonic Water
  • 3 rounds of Cucumber
  • Cucumber to Garnish

Method:  

  1. Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
  2. Lightly stir.

Garnish: 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber and serve.

Beefeater Pink Strawberry: Fruity Fizz and Citrus Kicks

A playful twist on the classic London Dry, Beefeater Pink infuses natural strawberry flavours into its traditional botanicals. It’s light, fruity, and subtly sweet—perfect for fresh, berry-forward cocktails like The Pinklet.

The Pinklet

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Beefeater Pink Strawberry
  • 20ml Fresh lime juice
  • 10ml Sugar

Method:

Shaken, served straight.

Garnish: Strawberry

Malfy Con Limone: Zesty Italian Charm

Crafted on the Italian coast, Malfy Con Limone is a citrus-rich gin made with Amalfi lemon peels and juniper. It brings a sunny zest and refreshing vibrancy, ideal for spritz-style drinks and sparkling citrus serves.

Amalfi Settantacinque

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Malfy Con Limone
  • 20 ml Clementine Juice
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • 75ml ml Perrier – Jouet NV Brut

Method:

  1. Shake the first three ingredients and pour into a collins glass filled with ice.
  2. Top with seltzer/ soda.

Garnish: Can use grapefruit soda as well for an extra citrus punch.

Southern Bank: Small Batch, Big Flavor:

Southern Bank is a small-batch gin known for its clean, juniper-led profile with a balanced herbaceousness. In this cocktail, it provides an elegant base that holds up beautifully to rich truffle oil and the bitter-sweet depth of Campari and Cointreau.

Truffle Spy

Ingredients:

  • 30 ML Southern Bank
  • 30 ML Campari
  • 15 ML Cointreau
  • 30 ML Martini Extra Dry
  • 2 Drop Truffle oil

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in a sous vide bag with truffle for sous vide.
  2. Process for 2 hours, then take an ice bath.
  3. Pour into a glass with ice.

Garnish: Truffle shavings
Glass: Small Old Fashion
Ice: Ball Ice

This house-infused gin is steeped in panchphoran—a five-spice Bengali mix of fennel, cumin, fenugreek, nigella, and mustard seeds. It delivers an aromatic, spicy warmth that pairs wonderfully with tonic and citrus, making it a one-of-a-kind spiced highball.

Spice Shack

Ingredients (per cocktail):

  • 60 ml Panchphoran Gin
  • 120 ml Tonic Water
  • 120 ml Tonic Water

Method:

Build directly in the glass over ice.

Glassware: Tall Hygge tumbler
Garnish: Orange wedge + Panchphoran spice salt (from leftover infusion spices)

Dirty GiGi

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Panchphoran Gin
  • 15 ml Otto’s vermouth
  • 10 ml Crystal lime
  • 30 ml Amla brine

Method:

  1. Add the gin, Otto’s vermouth, crystal lime, and amla brine to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Fine strain the mixture into a Stylus coupe glass over a small block of ice.

Garnish:  With a fresh fennel leaf.
